Shiraz, Blewitt Springs, McLaren Vale (Australia)

The palate is full of rich, savoury dried fruit character with a touch of cherry-like sweetness to balance. Softening, well integrated tannins give the palate some grip whilst subtle oak ageing lends a little seasoning.
